Codju Policies

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how M/s CODJU TECHNOLOGIES handles information relating to parents, guardians, and students.

Information we collect

We may collect the parent or guardian's name, student's name, grade or age group, email address, phone number, enrollment details, payment and transaction references, attendance, support communications, and project or participation information needed to deliver the program.

How we use information

  • To process and manage enrollment.
  • To send class links, schedules, recordings, certificates, support messages, and important program updates.
  • To respond to questions, cancellation requests, and refund requests.
  • To maintain transaction, tax, security, and operational records where required.
  • To improve the safety, quality, and delivery of our educational programs.

Children's information

Enrollment of a minor must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian. We collect only the student information reasonably needed to provide the program. Parents or guardians may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal and operational record-keeping requirements.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with service providers used to operate the program, such as payment processors, video conferencing, email communication, cloud storage, and administrative tools. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and process it under their own applicable privacy terms.

Recordings and student work

Live sessions may be recorded so enrolled students can review lessons. Access is limited to authorized participants and staff. Codju will seek appropriate parent or guardian consent before using an identifiable student's image, voice, testimonial, or project in public marketing.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. We retain records only for as long as needed to deliver the program, provide support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal, accounting, or tax obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or opt out of non-essential promotional communications, by emailing info@codju.com. Some transaction or legal records may need to be retained.
