Terms and Conditions

These terms govern enrollment in and attendance at the Codju AI Creator Camp.

Organizer

The program is organized by M/s CODJU TECHNOLOGIES, a partnership firm registered at House No. 40-B, Model Town, Patiala, Punjab – 147001, India.

Eligibility and parental consent

The AI Creator Camp is intended for students in Grades 6–10. A parent or legal guardian must complete or authorize the enrollment of a minor and is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.

Program and deliverables

The advertised fee covers the stated live online sessions, curriculum, projects, recordings, mentor support, certificate eligibility, and Demo Day participation. Access to paid third-party software, devices, internet service, or subscriptions is not included unless expressly stated on the course page.

Student conduct

  • Students must behave respectfully toward instructors, mentors, and other participants.
  • Login details, class links, recordings, course materials, and student portal access must not be shared with another person.
  • Students and parents may not record, reproduce, publish, sell, or redistribute sessions or course materials without written permission from Codju.
  • Disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or unlawful conduct may result in removal from a session or the program.

Schedule changes

Codju may make reasonable changes to instructors, tools, session timings, or the sequence of curriculum when required by an emergency, technical problem, platform availability, or another circumstance beyond reasonable control. Material changes will be communicated through the registered email address or phone number.

Third-party services

The program may demonstrate or use third-party platforms such as Zoom and AI tools. Their availability and use may be subject to separate terms, age requirements, and privacy practices. A parent or guardian is responsible for reviewing and approving a minor's use of those services.

Intellectual property

Codju retains ownership of its curriculum, teaching materials, recordings, designs, and branding. Students retain ownership of original work they create, subject to the rights and terms of any third-party tools used. Codju will seek appropriate consent before publicly featuring identifiable student work.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Fees, taxes, and included deliverables are displayed on the course page. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Limitation and responsibility

Codju will provide the program with reasonable care. Learning outcomes depend on attendance, participation, device capability, connectivity, and completion of activities. Codju does not guarantee a particular academic, employment, or commercial result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Patiala, Punjab, India will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
