Refund eligibility
Refund requests for the June 22–29, 2026 AI Creator Camp must be raised on or before June 21, 2026. Once the course starts on June 22, 2026, registration fees are non-refundable. Requests received on or after June 22, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
How to request a refund
Email info@codju.com from the email address used for enrollment. Include the parent or guardian's name, student's name, registered phone number, payment date, payment reference, and reason for cancellation.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be sent to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear may also depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Program cancellation or rescheduling
If Codju cancels a program and does not offer a suitable replacement batch, affected customers may choose a full refund or transfer to another available batch. If a session must be rescheduled because of an instructor emergency, technical issue, or event beyond our reasonable control, Codju will communicate the revised schedule using the registered contact details.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
Duplicate payments or verified incorrect charges will be reviewed and, where applicable, returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
